Today is the last day for prospective candidates to submit their nomination papers for certification. There are, at last count, 19 people running for the Medford City Council this year. When that list is finalized, we’ll post the names of the candidates. Note that you should be able to see all interviews via our youtube page – Medford Happenings or they are posted here as they become available.

IMPORTANT: As the field is so large this year, there is a chance that a primary will be called by the current city councilors. If the sitting councilors decide to put this in motion, this would narrow the field down to 14 for the final elections in November 4, 2025. The only potential hurdle would be whether or not the city wants to spend $75,000 for this primary.
